Chef Lydia


Hi, my name is Lydia and I’m on a dedicated path as a chef in a creative, recognized restaurant. My journey began with culinary programs at Barre Technical Center and Capstone Community Kitchen, followed by an internship at Delicate Decadance. 

Professional Goal

My aim is to serve as a full-time chef with an opportunity to provide input on seasonal and specials menus which will allow professional growth and creative dining experiences. 

About Me

I was raised as a free-range child, allowing me to express my passion and creativity for food at an early age. I climbed up the cupboards, grabbing whatever ingredients and spices I could find. My goal was to make up something entirely new, combining unexpected flavors together. I have grown in the kitchen from my childhood home to some of the finest restaurants in Central Vermont.
